Kale & Molly need to eat gluten-free. One bite of food with gluten in it, and Kale will be sick for the rest of the weekend. If you can make your dish gluten-free, we will appreciate it. That means no wheat, rye, barley, malt, oats, kamut or spelt. Please feel free to email us to ask about ingredients.
